异物损伤周围神经并存留体内40例

目的：探讨异物损伤周围神经并存留体内的诊治方法。方法：回顾分析异物损伤周围神经并存留体内40例，其中男，35例，女5例，平均年龄23．4岁。根据异物与神经的解剖位置关系和临床表现，采取不同的神经探查、修复、松解术，取出异物。结果：40例中随访32例，优23例，良6例，可3例。结论：异物损伤周围神经并存留体内诱治要点为正确判断神经与异物的位置关系，择期行神经探查修复、异物取除术。

Diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nerve injury by foreign-body staying in the body- a report of 40 cases

Objective To discuss diagnosis and treatment of periphe ral nerve injury by foreign-body staying in the body. Methods According to the relation of the foreign-body location in the body with anatomy of the injured peripheral nerve, and clinical symptoms and physical sign in 40 cases ( 35 males, 5 females, mean 23.4 years), diffe rent ways such as exploration, repair and anastomosis were used according to dif ferent conditions of nerve injury. The foreign body was then taken out. Results Of 40 cases, 32 cases were followed up. The results showed that 23 cases were excellent, 6 cases good and 3 cases moderate. Conclusions The main points for diagnosis and treatment of p eripheral nerve injury by foreign body staying in the body are to judge rightly the relationship between the foreign body location and the anatomy of the injure d peripheral nerve. It is important to explore and repair the nerve by microscop e, and then to take out the foreign-body and prevent from other injuries of ne rves and blood vessels.
