中西医结合治疗非特异性炎症输卵管阻塞性不孕102例疗效分析

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗非特异性炎症输卵管阻塞引起的不孕症的效果。方法 :将 10 2例非特异性炎症输卵管阻塞引起不孕的育龄妇女分为中西医结合组和西医治疗对照组 ,中西医结合组以输卵管内注射药物加服中药逍遥散治疗 ,西医治疗对照组以输卵管内注射药物口服生理盐水治疗 ,以比较中西医结合组和西医治疗对照组的受孕率。结果 :中西医结合组的受孕率高于西医治疗对照组。结论 :中西医结合治疗非特异性炎症输卵管阻塞引起的不孕症有一定的临床意义。

Analysis of effect on 102 infertile cases of nonspecific inflammation and oviducal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective: It is to observe the effect on nonspecific inflammation and oviducal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 102 fertile women, who were infertile for nonspecific inflammation and oviducal obstruction,were divided into two groups. The first group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The second group was treated with western medicine only. The first group was injected the medicine into the oviduct and taken the Chinese medicine Xiaoyaosan.Then the second group,which was injected the medicine into the oviduct and taken the physiological saline, was taken as the control group to compare the becoming pregnant rate. Results: The becoming pregnant rate of the first group was higher than the rate of the second group. Conclusion: The treating of the infertile cases of nonspecific inflammation and oviduct structure with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has something clinical importance.
