重庆地区18家医院2002～2005年口服降糖药应用分析

目的:了解重庆地区口服降糖药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用金额排序、用药频度(DDDs)等指标,对重庆地区18家医院2002~2005年口服降糖药的相关数据进行统计、分析。结果:口服降糖药销售金额及DDDs逐年升高,2003年销售金额与DDDs分别是2002年的1.04倍和1.01倍,2004年销售金额与DDDs分别是2003年的1.47倍和1.23倍,2005年销售金额与DDDs分别是2004年的1.39倍和1.17倍。结论:口服降糖药虽有新品种上市,但仍以磺酰脲类、双胍类、葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂为主,胰岛素增敏剂增长迅猛。

Use of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs in Chongqing Area Between 2002 and 2005

OBJECTIVE: To study the status quo and the developmental tendency of the use of oral antidiabetic drugs in Chongqing area.METHODS: The use of oral antidiabetic drugs in 18 hospitals of chongqing area during the period 2002～ 2005 were analyzed statistically applying the indexes of order of consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS: Both consumption sum and DDDs increased year of oral antidabetic drugs were increasing year by year.In 2003,the consumption was 1.04 times the and DDDs was 1.01 times those in 2002;in 2004,the consumption sum was 1.47 times and the DDDs was 1.23 times those in 2003,and in 2005,the consumption sum was 1.39 times and the DDDs was 1.17 times those in 2004.CONCLUSION: New oral antidiabetic drugs were available in market,but sulfonylurea,biguanides and glycosidase-inhibitors still took the lead,and the consumption of euglycemic agent experienced a fast increase.
