| 摘 要： | 孕妇宫颈巨细胞病毒(CMV)排出率为4.12％(8/193)。宫颈排出CMV的母亲所分娩的6名婴儿中有4名受感染,其中1名从唾液和尿排出CMV长达7个月以上。从3名母亲的乳汁分离出CMV,其中1名特续存在1个月以上。3名从宫颈分泌物和乳汁排出CMV者,其婴儿均受到感染。结果表明CMV在母婴之间传播。

| Abstract: | The cervical excretion of cytomegalovirus (CMV) was investigated in 193 pregnant women. The percentage of cervical CMV excretion was 4.12%(8/193). During the virological follow-up, of six infants born of the mothers with cervical CMV excretion, four were infected. One of them excreted CMV from saliva and urine over seven months. CMV Was isolated from the breast milk of three mothers, and persisted in a mother's milk at least for one month. Three infants whose mothers excreted CMV from both cervical secretion and breast milk were all infected.The results suggest that:(1) CMV transmission from mothers to their offsprings are relatively common; (2) mothers are the major sources of infant infection; and (3) infected cervical secretion and breast milk play an important role in perinatal transmission of CMV. |
