MTX联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗异位妊娠的临床研究

目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤（MTX）、中药少腹逐瘀汤联合治疗未破裂型异位妊娠的效果。方法：82例未破裂型异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,对照组采用肌注单药甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗,而治疗组采用肌注甲氨蝶呤（MTX）联合口服中药少腹逐瘀汤治疗。结果：与对照组相比,治疗组能明显缩短血β-HCG（绒毛膜促性腺激素）降至正常范围的时间,减少住院天数,治疗成功率较高。结论：肌注甲氨蝶呤（MTX）联合中药少腹逐瘀汤治疗未破裂型异位妊娠,安全简便,经济有效,明显提高成功率,可作为临床首选治疗方案。

The Clinical Study of MTX combined with Shaofuzhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the effect of methotrexate （MTX） combined with Shaofuzhuyu decoction in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Method： 82 cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups： the contrast group take the therapy of intramuscular injection MTX, and the therapy group take Shaofuzhuyu decoction in addition to MTX. Result： Compared with the contrast group, the therapy group could significandy reduce the blood β - HCG （human chorionic gonadotropin） to the normal range of time, reduce the number of days of hospitalization, and improve the treatment success rate. Conclusion： To cure unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients, it is simple, safe and cost -effective to intramuscular injection MTX combined with taking Shaofuzhuyu decoction, it can significantly improve the treatment success rate, and can be used as first choice for clinical treatment.
