| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清肿瘤相关物质 (TSGF)检测对胃癌患者的诊断价值。方法 将健康人、十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡患者血清TSGF检测 ,与胃癌患者血清TSGF检测对照结果的临床资料 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 胃癌患者组血清中TSGF含量水平 ,明显高于健康人、十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡患者对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 血清TSGF检测对胃癌患者的诊断是一种简单、敏感、有效的相关指标 ,对胃癌患者的早期诊断具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of detecting tumor supplied group of factor (TSGF) in serum to the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The contrast of detecting TSGF concentration in patients with gastric cancer with the healthy persons,while patients with duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer as control groups were retrospectively reviewed. Results The TSGF concentration in gastric cancer group was obviously higher than that in normal, duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer group(P<0.01). Conclusion The detection of serum TSGF was a simple and sensitive detecting for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and it was of definite value to the diagnosis of gastric cancer in early stage. |
