败血症影响早产儿视网膜病变的临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨败血症对早产儿视网膜病变的影响.方法 回顾性研究2005年1月至2008年12月期问西安市儿童医院早产儿病历资料.结果 符合早产儿诊断标准260例,其中发生败血症41例(15.8%),未发生败血症219例(84.2%).在41例合并败血症的早产儿中,未发生视网膜病变16例(39.1%),发生早产儿视网膜病变25例(60.9%),其中3期以上6例(24.0%),3期以下19例(76.0%).在219例未合并败血症的早产儿中,未发生视网膜病变127例(58.0%),发生视网膜病变92例(42.0%),其中3期以上5例(5.4%),3期以下87例(94.6%),两组间早产儿视网膜病变发生率差异,以及3期以上早产儿视网膜病变发生率差异,均具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.0,P<0.05与χ~2=5.9,P<0.05).结论 败血症促进早产儿视网膜病变发生,加重早产儿视网膜病变严重程度.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of sepsis on retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).Methods The data of 260 premature Cases was analyzed relrospectively in Xi'an Children Hospital from January,2005 to December,2008.Results In all cases,sepsis Was found in 41 cases (15.8%),while no sepsis in 219 ones (84.2%).In 41 sepsis cascs,ROP was found in 25 cases(60.9%),while no ROP in 16 ones (39.1%).In 219no sepsis cases,ROP Was found in 92 Cases (42.0%) while no ROP in 127 oncs(58.0%).The severity of ROP≥ 3 stage Was found in 6 Cases (24.0%) and <3 stage in 19 ones (76.0%) in sepsis group,while 5 eases (5.4%) and 87 ones (94.6%) in no sepsis group respectively,both the difference of ROP incidence and severity between sepsis group and no sepsis group Were significant (χ~2=5.0,P<0.05 vs χ~2=-5.9,P<0.05).Conelusions Sepsis induces the occurrence of retinopathy of prematurity and exacerbates the severity of ROP.
