西甲硅油乳剂在结肠镜检查准备中的应用

目的观察西甲硅油对结肠镜检查术前的肠道清洁效果和对患者舒适度的影响。方法 200例接受结肠镜检查的患者随机分为研究组（100例）和对照组（100例）。对照组术前常规应用硫酸镁,研究组在应用硫酸镁的基础上,加用西甲硅油乳剂。术中观察肠腔清洁度,肠内泡沫情况和患者的舒适度及满意程度。结果研究组、对照组的肠道清洁效果差异无统计学意义,分别为90%和86%;肠内无泡和少泡率：研究组（93%）明显高于对照组（60%）;术中舒适及满意程度：研究组、对照组优良率分别为69%和40%,两组间的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论西甲硅油对结肠镜检查前的肠道准备有良好的促进作用,与硫酸镁联合应用可改善肠道清洁度和患者对结肠镜检查感觉的舒适度,无明显的不良反应。

Application of simethicone in the preparations before colonoscopy examination

Objective To observe the effects of simethicone on colonic clean and patients comfort.Methods Two hundreds patients subject to colonoscopy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Salamarum were administered to patients in the control group while salamarum plus simethicone to those in the study group.The colonic cleaness,intracolonic foam and patients comfort were observed during the examination.Results The percentage of cleaning level A and B was 90% in the study group,while it was 86%in group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The intracolonic foam free and few foam rate and comfort rate in the study group are both higher that those in the control group（93%vs 60%,69%vs 40%）,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Simethicone had favorable improvement for bowel preparation before the exam of colonoscopy.It could improve colonic clean and patients comfort with no apparent side effects in combination with salamarum plus.
