多排螺旋CT对诊断肋骨骨折的优势

目的探讨多排CT对诊断肋骨骨折的价值。方法回顾本院于2012-01-2014-01间收治的50例肋骨骨折病例资料,分析多排螺旋CT相对于普通平片及肋骨点片在肋骨骨折诊断中的优势。采用西门子16排螺旋CT 5 mm层厚进行扫描,行1.5 mm层厚薄层重建,运用容积重现、最大密度投影和曲面重建技术。将结果与平片及肋骨点片结果相对照。结果 28例病例CT诊断肋骨骨折数量要大于平片及肋骨点片,19例CT诊断肋骨骨折数量和平片及点片一致,3例数量小于平片及肋骨点片。结论多排螺旋CT在诊断肋骨骨折中相比平片及肋骨点片有明显优势。

Strengths of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Rib Fracture

Objective To investigate the value of multi -- slice CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Methods Summarizing 50 cases with rib fracture in the hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2014, analyzing the advantages of multi - slice CT compared with plain film in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Siemens 16 - slice spiral scan CTSmm thickness, thickness 1.5mm thin line reconstruction, and volume reproduce, maximum intensity projection and surface reconstruction technique were used. The results of it were compared with the plain film and ribs spot film results. Results CT diagnosis of rib fractures was larger than the number of plain film and ribs points tablets in 28 cases ; the number of tablets is consistent with plain film in 19 cases ; the number of CT diagnosis is less than the flat sheet and ribs spot film in 3 cases. Conclusion Multi - slice Spiral CT has obvious advantage than plain film in rib fracture.
