2012年我院609例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：了解我院药品不良反应发生的特点、规律及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供对策。方法：收集我院2012年1月1日–12月31日临床上报的ADR报告,共计609例,从患者性别、年龄、药品剂型、给药途径、ADR累及系统损害分布等方面进行统计分析。结果：609例ADR报告中,男性340例（55.83%）;女性269例（44.17%）;ADR在各个年龄段均有分布,年龄大于70岁患者所占比例最多,共计142例（23.32%）;静脉滴注的ADR发生率最高516例（84.73%）;按引起ADR前10位预警药物分类统计,氨甲环酸氯化钠占首位;按ADR临床表现分类,最常见为皮肤及其附件损害,共计159例（25.32%）。结论：ADR的发生与多种因素有关,应加强ADR报告与监测工作,加强患者的药学监护,以减少不良反应的发生率。

Analysis on 609 ADR reports of our hospital in 2012

Objective：To investigate the feature, regularity and related factors of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） occurred in our hospital, in order to provide reference for rational medication in clinic. Methods： A total of 609 ADR case reports were collected from January 1 to December 31 in 2012. The reports were classiifed and analyzed statistically in respect of the age and gender of the patients, dosage form, route of administration, the category of drugs, organs or systems involved in ADRs and severe ADRs, etc. Results：Among the 609 ADR cases, 340 cases （55.83%） were male and 269 cases （44.17%） were female. Among 609 ADR cases, 142 patients （23.32%） were more than 70 years old. The ADR incidence rate of intravenous administration was the highest, accounting for 84.73%. Tranexamic acid sodium chloride occupied the ifrst place in top ten ADR warning drugs. There were 159 cases （25.32%） appeared as skin and its appendants damage, which were the most common manifestations. Conclusion：The occurrence of ADRs relates to a variety of factors. Reporting and monitoring of ADRs as well as pharmaceutical care should be strengthened to promote the rational drug use and reduce the occurrence of ADRs.
