乳癌手术中欧普乐喉罩应用效果分析

目的对欧普乐喉罩在乳癌手术中的应用进行研究分析。方法随机抽取2013-08-2014-04间本院接诊的80例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级择期乳腺手术者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,就欧普乐喉罩（观察组,n=40）与气管导管（对照组,n=40）应用效果进行比较,分别于不同时间内观察患者心率及血压。结果 T2时两组心率、收缩率、舒张压均明显下降,与T1时比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;T3时对照组心率、收缩压、舒张压均明显升高,与T2比较差异显著（P〈0.05）;T3、T5时对照组心率、收缩压及舒张压均明显高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论欧普乐喉罩置入和拔出时应激反应较轻,患者血流动力稳定,值得在乳腺癌手术中推广应用。

Analysis of OPLAC Laryngeal Mask in Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To study the application of OPLAC in treatment of breast cancer surgery. Methods 80 cases of ASA Ⅰ - grade Ⅱ elective breast surgery in the hospital from August, 2013 to April, 2014 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups through using digital table method, which were the OPLAC （ observation group, n = 40） and endotracheal tube （ control group,n = 40）respectively. The patients＇ heart rate and blood pressure were observed respectively in different time. Results At T2, HR, SBP and DBP of two groups decreased significantly, and the differences was statistically significant compared with that of T1 （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; When I3, HR, SBP and DBP of control group increased significantly, and the differences was statistically significant compared with that of T2 （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; when T3 and TS, HR, SBP and DBP of the control group were significantly higher than that of observation group, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The OPLAC in and pulled out has a lighter stress reaction. Patients with hemodynamic stability, and it is worthy of popularization and application in breast cancer surgery.
