甘露聚糖肽注射液致过敏性休克

1例54岁女性患者，既往无食物、药物过敏史，因膜性肾病Ⅰ期8个月给予甘露聚糖肽注射液。用药2 min后，患者出现呼吸困难、胸闷、憋气等症状，HR 90次＆#183;min-1，氧饱和度92%，BP 116/69 mm Hg，吸气时可闻及明显喘鸣音，面部及球结膜充血，双前臂皮肤色红，无皮疹。立即停止输入，更换输液器，并给予吸氧，抗过敏及扩充血容量治疗。40 min后，患者上述症状缓解，皮肤颜色正常，面部及球结膜充血消失。

Allergic shock induced by mannatide injection

One 54-year-old female patient without allergic history of food and drug was diagnosed as stage I membranous nephropathy. Mannatide injection was given to the patient. Two minutes later, the patient presented with dyspnea, chest congestion, breathlessness with HR of 90 bites per minute, SpO2 of 92%, BP of 116/69 mm Hg. Clearly wheezing when inhaling, congestion of face and bulbar conjunctiva, red skin in arms without rash were observed. So the medicine was immediately stopped, infusion apparatus were replaced, the inhalation of oxygen, anti-allergic therapy and the rescue of blood volume expansion were given. Forty minutes later, the symptoms alleviated, the colour of skin was normal, the hyperemia of face and bulbar conjunctiva disappeared.
