淘汰奶牛肉用监督检疫规范探讨

牛乳是乳品企业生产乳制品的源头，奶牛养殖在奶牛产业中起着关键性和控制性作用。产奶量卞降的母牛会影响奶牛场经济效益而淘汰ll】。奶牛淘汰后会被当成肉用牛屠宰食用。淘汰奶牛的肉品质及销售价格比肉用牛的牛肉都要低，适口性和营养价值比肉用牛低。每年奶牛养殖过程中有大量的奶牛被淘汰，而在收购、屠宰、加工、销售、食用的过程中普遍存在不透明、不规范、不合法的现象。笔者认为，奶牛淘汰后要肉用应建立检疫监督可循的法规。
