| 摘 要： | 针对当前错综复杂的医学就业市场给医学生带来的巨大择业压力,分析目前医学生择业的总体背景,继而剖析由于择业压力而滋生的各种心理问题,同时提出解决这些问题的心理学引导路径以及辅助和配合心理学调试的相应对策,以期促进医学生实现成功就业。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,medical students have high pressure in hunting job.We analyzed the background of hunting job for medical students and discussed the corresponding psychological problems.Finally,we provided the countermeasures to solve these problems for medical students to find a job. |
