温肾益心丹治疗充血性心力衰竭临床疗效及其对BNP水平的影响

目的观察温肾益心丹结合西医基础治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效及其对BNP水平的影响。方法42例患者随机分为两组，对照组予西医常规治疗，研究组在西医常规治疗剂量1／2～2／3的基础上加服温肾益心丹，疗程均为2周；治疗前后对心功能及中医症状进行观测，并采集血标本，用酶免分析法（MEIA）检测血清BNP水平。结果两组治疗后心功能、中医证候积分有显著降低，血清BNP水平明显下降；研究组中医证候积分改善及BNP下降均优于对照组。结论温肾益心丹结合西医基础治疗能有效改善充血性心力衰竭患者心功能，尤其能改善患者的中医证候，降低患者血清BNP水平，提示温肾益心丹对血清BNP水平的抑制可能是其发挥治疗作用的机制之一。

Controlled Study Measuring the Effects of Wenshenyixin Pill on BNP in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the intervention effects of Wenshenyixin Pill on patients with congestive heart failure(CHF),to observe serum levels of BNP in patients with CHF.Methods:42 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group than those in the control group added with Wenshenyixin Pill.The course was two weeks.The levels of BNP in serum were detected at baseline and 14d after treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and physical signs degree score were observed in those patients.Results:After treatment,the levels of BNP in two groups were significantly decreased,the decreasing degrees of the above indices were significantly in treatment group,and the cardiac function in two groups were improved significantly.The treatment group,the clinical symptoms and physical signs were more significantly improved than those in the control group.Conclusion:Wenshenyixin Pill can improve the cardiac function in CHF.The levels of BNP is significantly decreased by Wenshenyixin Pill therapy.The efficacy for CHF maybe related to the change of BNP concentration.
