| 摘 要： | 目的：解决核医学检查工作流程不顺畅以及核医学系统与医院信息系统（简称HIS）、影像归档传输系统（简称PACS）之间存在的信息孤岛问题。方法：首先详细梳理核医学信息系统的建设需求,围绕科室业务流程优化、影像数据处理,以及与HIS、PACS的集成等重点问题设计了核医学信息系统的体系结构。然后,通过应用基于DICOM的影像数据处理,PET/CT图像的三维融合与重建,＂语音录入＆听写＂的报告录入模式,以及放射药物剂量的自动计算等多项关键技术实现了该系统。结果：系统至今已在核医学科成功运行近2.5 a时间,取得了良好的应用效果。结论：该系统实现了与HIS、PACS的信息集成,提高了工作效率,优化了检查流程,受到核医学科和临床科室的普遍欢迎。
