| 摘 要： | 目的：通过分析减影失败或质量较差的图像,找出影响图像质量的因素。方法：对使用GE公司的Innova4100数字血管造影机采集的800例数字减影血管造影图像进行回顾性分析,通过造影剂注射速度、浓度、总量、注射压力及患者的配合程度等几方面来分析影响DSA图像质量的因素。结果：优质的图像占96%,良好的图像占3.5%,需要再次减影的占0.5%。结论：造影剂的用量与浓度、注射流率、注射压力及医患之间的配合程度均对DSA影像质量产生影像,采集DSA影像时应避免这些因素的影响。
