摘    要:目的:对开源医学影像诊断软件的发展现状进行分析,研究在开源软件基础上开发影像诊断系统的可行性。方法:首先阐释了开源软件许可证的法律内涵,然后分别对2大类别的影像软件——DICOM工具集与PACS、影像分析与三维可视化的发展情况进行分析与比较。结果:提出了一种开源医学影像诊断系统集成开发平台OMID,并在科室局域网上对该系统的功能与性能进行测试。结论:该系统能够满足医学教育与科研等方面的性能需求。
