| 摘 要： | 目的：研制一种基于LED的野战手术无影灯。方法：以多个大功率LED为点光源,采用恒流驱动芯片PT4115驱动LED工作;手动万向聚焦灯头;自带蓄电池和发电机及相关充电电路、输出调节电路、电量指示电路、保护电路等。结果：整台无影灯的光、电参数均超过相关标准的要求,发光效率高,照射区温升低,自我维持工作效果好,拆卸简单,携带轻便,抗冲击能力强,手术使用非常方便。在紧急条件下可脚踏发电和光伏发电保证无影灯的正常工作。结论：该手术无影灯能在野战条件下保证手术的顺利进行,适用于野战卫勤。
