| 摘 要： | 目的：实现以精益化管理理念深化后勤医疗设备保障精益管理的目标。方法：以十堰太和医院后勤的精益改善为实例,阐述了医院医疗设备保障实施精益管理的变革思路。结果：精益思维的转变带来了后勤管理的创新,医疗设备保障从常规管理转向精益管理。结论：精益管理提升了医院后勤医疗设备保障的核心竞争力,良好的精益成效,保证了医疗设备为患者提供更精益化的服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To realize lean management in logical medical equipment support.Methods The experience in Taihe Hospital was taken as an example.Results Normal management was turned into lean one in medical equipment support.Conclusion Lean management improves the core competitiveness of the logistical medical equipment support and results in better patient service than before. |
