实现中心手术室高值医用耗材全流程管理

目的：解决目前分散管理的高值医用耗材所带来的安全、丢失、重复使用等问题。方法：通过需求分析重新设计工作流程,利用医院现有的HIS网络架构设计出一套管理软件,以条码技术将医院的物资管理系统、手术麻醉系统、门诊住院医生工作站、HIS收费系统无缝链接,实现数据的完整性和共享性。结果：系统上线一年多来,实现了以中心手术室为中心,医学工程科、中心手术室、临床科室、财务处各部门共同参与,统一管理各手术科室的高值医用耗材管理模式。结论：高值医用耗材全程监控管理系统的建立,使高值医用耗材的管理纳入了医院HIS,使管理更加科学、便捷,避免了丢失与浪费,为高值医用耗材全流程管理提供了保障,大大提高了医院的经济效益。
