| 摘 要： | 目的：评估双层螺旋CT（DSCT）多平面重建（MPR）及容积再现（VR）技术在股骨头骨折中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析32例股骨头骨折的X线片和DSCT多平面重建及VR技术临床资料。结果：32例中单纯型股骨头骨折13例,X线片漏诊5例;股骨头骨折伴脱位15例,X线片漏诊2例（臼顶中心脱位）。术后复查经MPR及VR技术发现固定螺钉断裂1例,骨折断端对位对线差5例。结论：DSCT三维重建MPR及VR技术在股骨头骨折诊断及预后评估中与普通X线检查相比有明显优势。
