武警伤病员信息管理系统的研制

目的：解决传统伤病员信息管理存在的诸多问题,实现武警部队伤病员信息管理的数字化。方法：按照《战伤救治规则》（2006版）和国家疾病分类第九版、第十版（ICD-9、ICD-10）的相关规定,以伤病员电子档案网络数据库为核心,以无线网络实现对伤病员负伤（患病）时间、伤类、伤部、伤势、救治、后送等全程信息的实时管理。结果：该系统成功克服了传统管理方法的缺点,有效提高了卫勤保障的效率。结论：该系统的应用实现了武警部队伤病员救治过程的数字化,使卫勤保障精确化、信息化和自动化。
