头颈肿瘤热塑膜固定配合图像引导放疗的应用

摘    要:目的:研究图像引导放疗(image guided radiotherapy,IGRT)在头颈部肿瘤放射治疗中的优越性及注意事项。方法:对应用热塑膜固定的头颈部肿瘤患者实施图像引导放疗,一组利用二维模式,一组利用三维模式,分别进行图像配准并加以比较。结果:热塑膜固定头颈部肿瘤患者,摆位误差最大不超过3 mm,图像引导放疗能够确保治疗精度,三维配准方法效果优于二维配准。结论:热塑膜固定的头颈部肿瘤患者,治疗时体位重复性好,配合图像引导大大提高了治疗精度。
