| 摘 要： | 本文通过VPN组网方式，来构建多个乡镇及若干个点的专用网络。在此基础上设计并运行新型农村合作系统软件。该系统已在我县运行多年。运行状况良好，性能稳定，对实现新农合的现场结报，缓解医患关系等具有非常积极的意义。
