枳椇子对跑台运动大鼠抗疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:目的研究枳椇子提取物对跑台运动大鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法采用跑台实验建立跑台运动大鼠疲劳模型,除正常组外,所有实验动物进行速度为15 m /min的跑步训练, 30 min/d,连续7 d;于第8天,进行速度为25 m /min的跑步运动,时间为1 h;给药低、中、高剂量组分别按100、200、300 mg/kg体质量,同时灌胃给予枳椇子水提醇沉物水混悬液;阳性药物组按280 mg/kg体质量灌胃给予诺迪康胶囊;模型组灌胃给予等体积饮用水(1 ml/100 g体质量);第8天跑步结束后,立即采集血液、肝脏、肌肉和脑组织,根据试剂盒说明检测血清肌酸激酶、血清乳酸脱氢酶、血清乳酸、血清乙酰胆碱酯酶、血清尿素氮、血清总抗氧化力、血糖、血红蛋白、脑超氧化物歧化酶、脑丙二醛、肝糖原、肌糖原等指标。结果模型组与对照组比较,各检测指标差异显著;枳椇子水提醇沉物给药组大鼠的各项指标得到明显改善。结论枳椇子水提醇沉物对力竭运动大鼠具有显著的抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Hovenia dulis thumb on the ability of movement of rats.Methods Models were established via treadmill experiments.Except the normal group,all animals were trained 30 minutes per day for seven days at 15m/min and then run at 25 m/min at the 8th day for an hour.During these seven days,animals of low,middle,high content groups were given water suspension of Hovenia dulis thumb extractor respectively at 100,200,300 mg per kilogram weight.The positive control group was given water suspension of Nuodikang,and models were given water at 1 ml/100 g weight.After the running at the 8th day,all animals' blood,liver,muscle and brain tissue were collected.Then according to the kits' instructions,we tested the content of such indices as serum creatine kinase,serum lactate dehydrogenase,serum lactate,serum ache,serum urea nitrogen,serum total antioxidant capacity,glucose,hemoglobin,superoxide dismutase brain,brain mda,liver glycogen,muscle glycogen.Results Indices of the model group and normal group were significantly different.Indices of animals given Hovenia dulis thumb extractor were improved.Conclusion Hovenia dulis thumb extractor has great anti-fatigue effect.
