脊柱爆裂型骨折的CT诊断价值

目的：脊柱爆裂型骨折是脊柱外伤中常见的骨折类型，随着CT扫描机的普及，其检出率亦明显提高。方法：本文收集共76个爆裂型骨折的椎体，分析它们的CT影像。结果：76个骨折椎体中，13例仅为椎体前部碎裂，其余63例椎体骨折线均累及椎管，13例可见骨碎片突入椎管，附件骨折48例，椎管狭窄34例。结论：CT在显示椎体爆裂型骨折及椎体后缘骨碎块上具有很高的特异性和敏感性，对诊断、分型、判断失稳及椎管狭窄程度上有重要的诊断价值。

CT diagnostic value in the rupture fracture of spinal column

Objective: The spinal column rupture fracture is the common type in the spinal column trauma. Along with CT scanner's popularization, its detection rate also obviously increased. Methods:To analyze the CT image of centrum in 76 cases of rupture fracture. Results: Among 76 fracture centrums, 13 casess appeared only the part of centrum front dis- ruption, other 63 cases bone broken line implicated the neurocanal,13 cases appeared bone fragments penetrated the neurocanal. Appendix bone fracture 48 cases,neurocanal narrow 34 cases. Conclusion: In the demonstration of centrum rupture fracture and the centrum after skirt bone fragments, CT has the very high specificity and the sensitivity ,in the di- agnosis, divides, judgment jitter and the neurocanal narrow degree, CT has important diagnosis value.
