| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠状动脉介入术后腹膜后血肿发生的原因及对策。方法：回顾分析我院10年来在冠状动脉介入术后形成腹膜后血肿的患者的临床治疗经过及预后。结果：14例患者均为盆腔腹膜后血肿：4例为扩展型,其中3例子行血管修补术,1例死亡;10例为稳定型,行保守治疗。治疗后13例痊愈出院。结论：腹膜后血肿是介入治疗术后发生的严重周围血管并发症,应及早预防、严密观察,必要时急诊手术有利于减少并发症的发生。
