摘    要:目的建立RP-HPLC法测定苯唑西林钠的有关物质。方法采用C18色谱柱;流动相:0.01 mol.L-1醋酸铵溶液(醋酸调pH至5.0)-乙腈(75∶25);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:225 nm;柱温:30℃。结果苯唑西林钠线性范围为1.171~28.11μg.mL-1,r=0.999 8,检测限:0.036μg.mL-1,苯唑西林钠能与各杂质完全分离。结论建立的苯唑西林钠有关物质的测定方法简单、快速、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of relavant substance of oxacillin sodium for injection.Methods The chromatographic analysis was performed on C18 column with 0.01 mol·L-1ammonium acetate(pH 5.0)-acetonitrile(75∶25) as the mobile phase,the temperature was 30℃,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was 225 nm.Results The linear range was 1.171-28.114 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8),and the detection limit was 0.036 μg·mL-1.The relavant substances were separated from oxacillin sodium.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accurate to determine the relavant substances of oxacillin sodium.
