| 摘 要： | 目的分析湖南省医药企业知识产权保护现状及其发展战略。方法统计分析了湖南省医药企业的经济指标与专利申请数,提出医药企业加强知识产权保护的几点建议。结果湖南省医药企业取得了快速的发展,知识产权保护意识较强,但大部分企业专利申请数量偏低。结论湖南省医药企业必须加强药品专利申请和知识产权人才培养,调整医药知识产权保护制度。 |
