| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨Twist和HGF在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例NSCLC组织及12例癌旁组织中Twist、HGF表达情况。[结果]肺癌组织中,Twist、HGF的阳性表达率分别为68.3%（41/60）、56.7%（34/60）。癌旁组织中Twist、HGF表达率分别为16.7%（2/12）和8.3%（1/12）。Twist高表达与肺癌分化程度相关（P=0.031）,HGF高表达与肺癌淋巴结转移相关（P=0.006）。Twist、HGF蛋白的表达呈显著正相关（r=0.417,P〈0.01）。[结论]Twist、HGF在NSCLC中高表达,并对其发生、发展起重要作用。
