| 摘 要： | 目的比较武陵山区不同产地马比木药材品质优劣。方法运用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,采用HypersilODS2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(6∶4),检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:20℃,以喜树碱为指标成分作比较。结果武陵山区以湖南省吉首产马比木药材中喜树碱含量明显高于其他产地样品,高达0.48%。结论该产地品系可作为中药材规模化生产的优良种质资源。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the quality of Nothapodytes Pittosporoides herbs from different areas of Wuling mountain.Methods HPLC was used with Hypersil ODS2 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） at 20 ℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（6∶4）,the detected wavelength was 254 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The component of camptothecine was used as index.Results The content of camptothecine in Wuling mountain Jishou Hunan was higher than other samples by 0.48%.Conclusion This strain of origin can be used as fine germplasm resources of Chinese herbal medicines for large-scale production. |
