| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察新型活性炭粉对非致死量敌敌畏染毒大鼠的救治作用,评价新型活性炭粉解救有机磷中毒的疗效。方法选择健康大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和治疗组各10只。全部动物一次灌胃给予敌敌畏10 mg/kg染毒,灌胃容积为1 mL/100 g体质量。染毒5 min后治疗组开始给予新型活性炭粉1 g/kg治疗,对照组给予蒸馏水。2组均灌胃给药,给药容积为1 mL/100 g体质量。2组动物分别以染毒前、染毒后0.5 h2、h6、h断尾采血10μL,测定全血胆碱酯酶活性,计算胆碱酯酶抑制率并进行比较。同时观察大鼠中毒后的表现,记录肌束颤动评分。结果染毒后2 h,治疗组大鼠胆碱酯酶的抑制率明显下降(P0.01),中毒大鼠的肌束颤动作用明显减轻(P0.05)。结论新型活性炭粉能够有效减轻急性有机磷中毒后胆碱酯酶抑制率,具有良好的解救中毒的作用。
