中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘及其对免疫功能的影响

目的观察中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法54例患者随机分为中西医结合组28例和西医组26例。2组均采用解痉平喘药、皮质激素,必要时用抗生素和抗病毒药,发作期治疗3日,缓解期治疗2个月。中西医结合组在此基础上加用中药水煎服,每日1剂,疗程与西药相同。结果 中西医结合组总有效率96.4％显著优于西医组76.9％(P<0.05)。治疗后2组IgE、EOS 计数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);中西医结合组CD4 在治疗后明显下降而CD8 则显著上升,使CD4 ／CD8 下降;西医组CD4 ／CD8 变化不显著。结论 中西医结合治疗能增强支气管哮喘患者机体免疫功能,增进体质,有利于抗炎、抗过敏,改善和促进气道慢性炎症的吸收,降低气道高反应性而控制哮喘的复发。

Methods Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into integrated group (n= 28) and western medicin group (n = 58). Both groups were treated with drugs of relieving spasm and wheeze, if necessary, antibiotic and anti virus drugs were used. The onsef phase was treated for 3 days then the remission phase treated for two months. In integrated group the decoction of TCM taken orally once a day was added. Results In integrated group the total effective rate (96.4% ) was significantly superior to that (76. 9% ) inwestern medicin group (P<0.05) , furthermore the levels of IgE and EOS before and after therapy had a significant difference in two groups. In integrated group CD 4was significantly descended and CD 8 was rised significantly after therapy , but no significantly change were taken place in western medicin group.
