| 摘 要： | 目前手术治疗仍然是根治胃癌的最有效方法。然而，仅有30％～40％的胃癌患者可能通过单纯的手术治疗而获得治愈，大部分患者死于肿瘤的再发或远处转移。寻求手术以外的途径治疗胃癌的转移、复发显得特别重要，而分子靶向治疗成为胃癌综合治疗的重点和热点。

| Abstract: | It has been demonstrated that surgery is currently still the most effective approach to completely cure gastric cancer. However, while only 30%-40% of gastric cancer can obtain curative outcome through pure surgery, most of patients with gastric cancer would died of recurrence or distant metastasis of the tumor. It appears to be more critical to search for other therapeutic strategies for gastric cancer other than surgery. Molecular targeting therapy has become the focus and hotspot of comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer. |
