宁夏地区孕产妇死亡率变化趋势及影响因素分析*

目的了解宁夏地区2005—2014年孕产妇死亡率的变化趋势及影响因素,为进一步降低孕产妇死亡率提供依据。方法利用"中国卫生统计年鉴"的数据,分析孕产妇死亡率与住院分娩率和新法接生率、产前检查率等因素之间的关系,使用多元线性回归分析影响孕产妇死亡率的主要因素。结果孕产妇死亡率从2005年43.70/10万下降至2014年14.80/10万,系统管理率和高危产妇比重分别从2005年85.30%和19.10%上升至2014年97.00%和28.80%。孕产妇死亡率与住院分娩率、新法接生率、系统管理率、高危产妇比重存在负相关(P<0.05)。结论 2005—2014年孕产妇死亡率呈下降趋势,但是高危孕产妇比重持续上升,应积极提高妇幼保健服务质量,降低高危孕产妇比重。

Analysis on the Changing Trend of Maternal Mortality and Its Influencing Factors in Ningxia

Objective To understand the trend and influencing factors of maternal mortality in Ningxia during the past 2005-2014 years, so as to provide evidence for further reducing maternal mortality. Method By using the of Chinese health statistics yearbook data, analysis of the relationship between maternal mortality and the rate of hospital delivery and new delivery rate, the rate of prenatal examination and other factors, using multiple linear regression analysis of main factors influencing maternal mortality. Results The mortality rate of pregnant women dropped from 43.70/10 million in 2005 to 14.80/10 million in 2014, and the proportion of systematic management and high-risk mothers increased from 85.30% and 19.10% in 2005 to 97% and 28.80% in 2014 respectively. There was a negative correlation between the maternal mortality rate and the hospital delivery rate, the new birth rate, the system management rate and the proportion of high-risk mothers (P <0.05). Conclusion The mortality rate of pregnant and lying in women is decreasing in 2005-2014 years, but the proportion of high-risk pregnant women continues to rise. We should actively improve the quality of maternal and child health care services and reduce the proportion of high-risk pregnant women.
