超声鉴别诊断技术在胎儿中枢神经系统诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的分析超声鉴别诊断技术在胎儿中枢神经系统诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治引产证实54例胎儿中枢神经系统畸形患者声像图特征,并观察分析超声鉴别诊断的效果。结果经过分析得知,54例孕妇经产前超声确诊有51例为中枢神经系统畸形,确诊率为94.44%。其中共发现16例脑膨出、19例脑积水、4例无脑儿、5例脊柱裂以及7例脉络丛囊肿。结论超声鉴别诊断技术在胎儿中枢神经系统诊断中应用不仅确诊率高,而且能够很好地显示胎儿中枢神经系统畸形现象,有助于及时终止妊娠,是产前筛选胎儿中枢神经系统畸形最切实的方法,值得临床推广和应用。

Application value of ultrasonographic differential diagnosis in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system
Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of ultrasonic differential diagnosis in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system.Methods Sonographic features of 54 patients with fetal central nervous system malformation confirmed by induction of labor in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.And the effect of ultrasound differential diagnosis was observed and analyzed.Results According to the analysis,51 cases of 54 pregnant women diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound had central nervous system malformations with a diagnosis rate of 94.44%.A total of 16 cases of brain swelling,19 cases of hydrocephalus,4 cases of nobrains,5 cases of spina bifida and 7 cases of choroid plexus were found.Conclusion Ultrasound differential diagnosis technology in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system is not only high in diagnosis rate,but also can display fetal central nervous system malformation,which helps to terminate pregnancy in time.It is the most effective method for screening fetal central nervous system malformation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
