基于Kano模型的高龄孕妇护理服务需求属性分析

目的基于Kano模型对高龄孕妇的护理服务需求进行满意度排序,确定服务需求选项以及需求选项各种属性的分类,为临床工作中给高龄孕妇提供更好的服务提供选择的依据。方法 2017年6月~2018年1月根据高龄孕妇的特点,设计基于Kano模型的高龄孕妇产前护理服务需求调查问卷,采用方便抽样的方法对160例就诊于内蒙古医科大学附属医院的高龄孕妇进行问卷调查。结果高龄孕妇服务需求中必备属性4项,期望属性9项,魅力属性6项。结论医院在产褥期护理指导、婴儿护理培训;分娩技巧的讲解;产前心理指导、产前检查等方面需改进,以提供高质量的护理服务质量,满足孕妇需求。

Analysis on the demand attributes of the nursing service for pregnant women in advanced materal age based on Kano model

Objective To rank the satisfaction degree of nursing care demands for pregnant women at advanced maternal age based on the Kano model,determine the classification of service demand options and various attributes of demand options,so as to provide a basis for clinical care to provide better services to the pregnant women at advanced maternal age.Methods From June 2017 to January 2018,according to the characteristics of pregnant women at advanced maternal age,a questionnaire based on Kano model for antenatal care service demands of pregnancy women at advanced maternal age was designed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 160 pregnancy women at advanced maternal age who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University using a convenient sampling method.Results There were 4 essential attributes,9 attributes of expectation and 6 attributes of charm in the service demand of pregnant women at advanced age.Conclusion The hospital should be improved in terms of the nursing guidance at puerperium,baby nursing care training;training on delivery skills;prenatal psychological guidance,prenatal examination and other aspects,in a bid to provide nursing services with a high quality and meet the needs of pregnant women.
