循证护理干预应用于乳腺癌护理中对患者康复及生活质量的影响

目的:对乳腺癌患者护理中应用循证护理干预措施,以分析其对患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2017年3月武警浙江省总队医院嘉兴医院收治的乳腺癌患者150例,将其作为研究对象,护理过程中给予所有患者以循证护理干预措施,对护理前后患者焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分及生活质量评分情况进行比较,并对患者康复情况进行分析。结果在SAS评分与SDS评分方面,护理干预后各评分均较护理干预前明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);在生活质量各指标(躯体功能、社会活动功能、心理功能及物质生活)评分及康复程度评分方面,护理干预后各评分均较护理干预前明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者护理中应用循证护理干预措施能够明显降低患者不良心理评分,且能够改善患者生活质量,有助于疾病的快速康复,值得在临床乳腺癌护理中推广与应用。

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation and Quality of Life of Patients with Breast Cancer Nursing

Objective: To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Methods: 150 patients with breast cancer admitted in hospital from January 2013 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were given evidence-based nursing intervention, and the scores of patients before and after nursing were evaluated. Depression (SDS) grading quality of life scores were compared, and the rehabilitation of patients were analyzed. Results: In the SAS score and SDS score, the scores of nursing scores were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention (P <0.05). The indexes of quality of life (physical function, social function, psychological function and substance . The scores of nursing scores and rehabilitation scores were significantly higher than those of nursing group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Evidence - based nursing intervention in breast cancer patients can significantly reduce the adverse psychological score of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which is helpful for the rapid rehabilitation of diseases and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical breast cancer care.
