| 摘 要： | 目的描述北京市石景山区HIV／AIDS疫情流行特征和趋势。方法根据石景山区2001～2008年艾滋病疫情报告资料进行流行病学统计分析。结果2001．2008年石景山区共报告HIV感染者／AIDS病人68例。病例分布：20-39岁年龄组占72．06％，男性占86．76％。传播途径以同性性传播及异性性传播为主，分别占42．65％和27．94％，其次为注射毒品传播，占11．76％。结论石景山区HIV以性途径传播为主，近年疫情呈上升趋势，应加强艾滋病感染者和病人管理，加大监测力度，在高危人群中筛查HIV，采取积极有效的防控措施，控制HIV的进一步传播和流行。
