中西医结合治疗非淋菌性尿道炎、宫颈炎的临床研究

目的:探索中西医结合治疗由支原体、衣原体引起的泌尿生殖道感染的临床效果。方法:将自愿参与治疗的120例患者随机分为中西医组、中医药组、西医药组,各40例,分别用药治疗10天为一个疗程,观察疗效。结果:有效率中西医组100%、中医药组97·5%、西医药组87·5%,中西医组、中医药组与西医药组相比差别有显著性意义(P<0·05);病原体清除率中西医组92·5%,中医药组75·0%,西医药组67·5%,中西医药组与西医药组相比差别有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论:中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,合理使用抗生素,同时结合中药治疗非淋菌性尿道炎、宫颈炎,疗效显著。

Nongonococcal Urethritis and Cervicitis Treated by Combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine in the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis caused by Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chlamydia. Methods: 120 patients were divided into three groups, traditional medicine group, western medicine group, traditional combined western medicine group. 40 cases in each group were treated for ten days. Results: The efficacy rates and the clearing rates of virus were 100% and 92.5% in traditional medicine combined western medicine group, 97.5% and 75.0% in traditional medicine group, 87.5% and 67.5% in western medicine group. Compared traditional combined western medicine group with western medicine group, differences on efficacy rates and clearing rates were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is effective for combining Chinese traditional medicine with western medicine in treatment of nongonococcal urethritis cervicitis.
