前、后联合入路手术治疗颈椎骨折

目的:探讨采用前、后联合手术入路治疗颈椎骨折的疗效。方法:采用前、后联合手术入路的方法治疗颈椎骨折17例。跟踪随访24～42个月,平均随访时间32个月。最后评价脊髓神经功能的恢复,测量并计算颈椎高度的丧失率以及颈椎的屈伸范围、融合率,观察有无并发症发生。结果:脊髓神经功能的恢复按Frankel分级评定,平均提高1.8级。术后颈椎总伸屈活动范围平均16o,椎体高度丧失为1.7%,融合率100%,无并发症发生。结论:前、后联合入路手术治疗颈椎骨折可获得彻底的减压,植骨融合率高,稳定性好。

Surgical treatment of cervical fractures from anterior and posterior

Objective:To evaluate the effects of surgical treatment of cervical fractures from both anterior and posterior.Methods:Seventeen patients with of cervical fractures were treated surgically through anterior and posterior openings.All the cases were followed up for an average of 32months (raging from24to42months).At last,the spinal function of all the patients was evaluated,and the loss rate of cervical body heights and the fusion rate were calculated.The range of motion and the complication were observed.Results:The improvement of spinal function(Frankel classification)was1.8grade.The average range of the extension and flexion was16 o .The loss rate of cervical body heights was1.7%.The fusion rate was100%and no complications occurred.Conclusion:Complete decompression and good fusion and sufficient stability could be achieved in the treatment of cervical fractures through anterior and posterior openings.
