凯素灵胶悬剂浸泡蚊帐防治侵入实验小屋蚊虫的研究

1900年夏,在扬州市郊,利用特建的实验小屋,以牛为引诱动物,进行了凯素灵胶悬剂浸泡蚊帐对侵入室内蚊虫毒杀和兴奋驱避作用的研究。按40mg ai/m~2处理1～84天后,结果表明对中华按蚊和三带喙库蚊均有较好的毒杀作用。毒杀作用下降主要表现在对外逃蚊虫上,而对留存在室内的蚊虫,毒杀效果持久、稳定,试验期间,留存室内的中华按蚊的死亡率均达80％以上,结果优于三带喙库蚊和同等剂量的溴氰菊酯乳剂。结果还表明,侵入处理小屋蚊虫数比对照小屋减少,窗阱外逃率大大高于对照小屋,说明凯素灵胶悬剂浸泡蚊帐,对蚊虫具有兴奋驱避作用。

STUDIES ON THE MOSQUITO NET IMPRENATED WITH K-OTHRINE 25 SC TO PREVENT THE MOSQUITO INVADING INTO THE EXPERIMENTAL HUT

With the luring cow we carried a study on the deadly poisonous and excitorepellent effect of the mosquito net imprenated with K-Othrine 25 SC on the mosquito invading into the specially constructed experimental hut in the suburb of Yangzhou city in the summer of 1990. From 1-80 days after treatment the results showed that the mosquito net poisoned An. sinensis and Culex tritaeniorhynchus effectively. The efficacy to the mosquitoes escaping from the hut decreased with the time passing, but was persistent and stable to those resting in the same hut. The mortality of the resting An. sinensis in the but was our 80％ during the field trial. This mortality was higher than that of the resting Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the same hut, and that observed with the mosquito nut imprenated with cyphenothrin. The results also showed that number of mousquitoinvading into the treated hut was much fewer than that invading into the control hut. The rate of mosquito flying out of the hut window was much higher in treated hut than in control hut, which implied that K-Othrine imprenated onto the mosquito net has an excito-repellent effect on the mosquito.
