| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化斑块中检测的病原菌-福赛类杆菌(T.f)、具核梭杆菌(F.n)与龈下菌斑中检测的牙周致病菌的关系.方法 选择30例动脉搭桥的冠心病患者,分别取冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块及其龈下菌斑,采用牙周致病菌特异性引物,通过(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术,检测粥样硬化斑块及龈下菌斑中病原菌的DNA并对其扩增产物进行测序分析及比对.结果 将两种细菌PCR产物的测序结果,通过blast比对,达到显著联配,它们的核苷酸相似程度为99%～100%,且符合Genbank中的标准序列.结论 动脉粥样硬化斑块及龈下菌斑中检测的病原菌有同源性,说明牙周致病菌在动脉粥样硬化发生、发展过程中的可能起一定的作用. |
