摘    要: 目的建立电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法检测中药材中铍、铬、锰、铜、砷、银、镉、锡、钡、镝、汞、铊、铅13种元素含量的方法。方法微波消解法制备供试品,全定量法采集数据。结果13种元素标准曲线线性关系良好,r=0.9993~1.0000,回收率符合痕量分析要求。结论本法灵敏度高,检测限低,分析速度快,分析精密度高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of 13 elements (Be, Cr, Mn, Cu, As, Ag, Cd, Sn, Ba, Dy, Hg, Tl, Pb) in Chinese materia medica by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) .METHODS 13 elements of the digested samples were determined by ICP-MS simultaneously, and the contents were calculated by calibration curves. RESULTS Good linearity of calibration curves was obtained for each ICP-MS assay, the accuracy and the recovery met the requirement of trace analysis. CONCLUSION The method is highly sensitive, rapid, accuracy and offered with low LOD.
