广东省县域农村基层卫生服务体系绩效评价研究

目的：建立广东省县域农村基层卫生服务体系绩效评价体系。方法：通过文献研究、问卷调查以及深入访谈等方法构建绩效评价框架及指标，并采用极值法、均值法、量化评分法对广东省67个县域进行评价。结果：三种计算方法所得结果有一定重合度，但分数分布有差异，量化评分法所得总分水平较高。结论：三种评分方法各有优劣，应根据实际应用情境来选择，同时还应采取一系列措施来强化和完善基层卫生服务体系绩效评价工作。

Performance evaluation of rural primary health institution in Guangdong Province

Objective To establish a performance evaluation system of rural primary health institution in Guangdong province. Methods Literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-- depth interview were used to build the theoretical framework and indicators. Three computing methods were introduced to work out the score,namely extremum method, averaging method and quantification method. Results The types of score distribution in three methods were different. The third one showed a higher level. Conclusions The application conditions of three methods are different and choice should be made depending on policy--makers＇needs and specific situation.
