CT诊断鼻咽癌的价值

目的 讨论CT对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析28例经病理证实的鼻咽癌的CT表现，根据肿瘤的CT征象，讨论鼻咽癌的定性诊断要点。结果 28例鼻咽癌中全部显示咽隐窝变浅或消失；27例显示例壁软组织增厚；5例咽鼓管闭塞；9例咽旁间隙变窄或消失；7例翼前后脂肪间隙消失，翼内外肌群受累；4例有蝶骨翼破坏；21例伴有颈部淋巴结转移。结论 CT能显示鼻咽部微小病变及病变累及范围，对鼻咽癌的早期诊断及评估预后有重要价值。

CT Diagnostic Value in NPC

Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) with CT. methods CT films of 28 cases of NPC proved by pathologically were retrospectively analysed. Based on the CT features of NPC, qualitative diagnosis were discussed. Results Soft tissue of pharyngeal recess and lateral wall thickened in 27 cases. Pharyngeal recess became shallow or disappeared in all the cases. Pharyngo - tympanic tube obliterated in 5 cases. Parapharyngeal space narrowed in 9 cases. Posterior and anterior pteiygoid fatty space disappeared, outer and inner pterygoid muscles were involved in 7 cases. Sphenoid wings were destroyed in 4 cases and cervical lymph nodes metastasis were found in 2leases. Conclusion CT played an important role in demonstrating the microlesions, cancer infiltration and metastasis of NPC.
