| 摘 要： | ①目的 观察甲醛甲酚根管封药后不良反应。②方法 随机选取160例甲醛甲酚根管封药病人，分别于封药后3，7d时统计其不良反应。③结果 45．0％病人封药后发生炎症反应，87．5％病人产生气味不适，且第3天的不良胍应率高于第7天。④结论 甲醛甲酚根管封药可致明显的炎症反应，给病人带来不适及潜在危害，应考虑使用安全，高效、无刺激性的药物替代它。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the adverse effects of formocresol for sealing the root canals. Methods 160 cases whose root canals had been sealed were selected randomly to investigate the adverse effects of formocresol on third and seventh day after it was applied. Results 45.0% of the cases had inflammatory reactions and 87.5%cases experienced a uncomfortable smell,the rate of all kinds of the adverse effects was higher on the third day than that on the seventh day. Conclusion Closing off the root canal by using formocresol may cause obviously inflammatory reactions and bring about discomfort and potential risk to the patients. A safe, highly effective and non irritating medicine should be considered to replace it. |
