丹参对烫伤大鼠早期心肌脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:目的观察丹参对烫伤大鼠早期心肌脂质过氧化的影响.方法Wistar大鼠72只,随机分为假烫组(n=8)、烫伤组(n=32)、烫伤治疗组(n=32),复制大鼠30%体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤,动态观察烫伤后6、12、24、48 h心肌组织MDA(丙二醛)含量、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性.结果大鼠烫伤后心肌组织MDA水平上升,SOD活性下降,应用丹参注射液后可在一定程度上降低心肌组织MDA水平,提高SOD活性.结论丹参可能通过抑制烫伤后脂质过氧化在一定程度上减轻烫伤后早期心肌损害.

Abstract:AIM To observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhizae on lipoperoxidation of myocardial tissue in rats after thermal injury . METHODS Rats were subjected to 30% TBSA full thickness burns, dynamic changes in MDA(malondialdehyde )contents and SOD (superoxide dismutase) activities in myocardial tissue were determined. Meanwhile, the effect of salvia miltiorrhizae on those were observed. RESULTS The levels of MDA in myocardial tissue were increased following burns and the activities of SOD were reduced. Administration of salvia miltiorrhaze could decrease MDA contents and increase SOD activities in myocardial tissue. CONCLUSIONS During the early stage post burn, salvia miltiorrhiaze could improve lipoperoxidation damage of myocardial tissue in rats.
