| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨侧脑室肿瘤的诊断与手术治疗。方法：回顾性分析1993－1999年间的93例侧脑室肿瘤临床诊治情况。结果：在93例侧脑室肿瘤中86例行肿瘤切除术，手术全切率62.8％，死亡率3.5％，术后并发颅内感染18例（20.9％），结论：侧脑室肿瘤临床表现多样；需根据具体情况，选择适当的手术方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the lateral ventricle tumours in 93 cases. Methods: The data of patients with lateral ventricle tumours verified by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were transcallosal and transcortical operation approaches for the lateral ventricle tomours. According to the operation sites, there were anterior, posterior and inferior approaches. In 93 cases, the rate of entirely resection was 62.8?%, the mortality rate was 3.5?%. 18 cases (20.9?%) were complicated with encephalitic infection postopenatively. Conclusion: The lateral ventricle tumours have various clinical manifestions. To select the appropriate operation approache is necessary according to the condition of cases. |
